Colin was an incredible professional to deal with. Our sale was somewhat unique in that the property is/was a "teardown". Many buyers lack the vision to see what "could be" and merely focus on "what is" and the proper listing agent helps communicate that. Obviously the difference gets reflected in the final sale price.
